Having lived in Austin since 1970, I've watched the city and the surrounding areas expand in all directions. New industries moved into what was considered a small college/capitol town. As a former Systems Engineer with IBM, I worked with area schools, colleges and universities in educating the staff and administration in the use of technologies with students. During that time, I helped welcome many new families that made Austin the warm community it is today. These activities have given me a thorough and unique knowledge of Austin, and considerable experience with the details of real estate transactions.

Whether you are relocating to the city or moving across town let me put this knowledge and experience to work for you. In real estate there is no substitute for experience and area knowledge.
